By using Voynara, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

If you use Voynara on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Voynara helps travelers organize ideas, discover places, build itineraries, and plan movement between locations.

Suggestions support your decisions, but they do not guarantee availability, safety, pricing, opening hours, accessibility, visa requirements, local rules, or suitability of places and services.

Web access uses Google OAuth. You must use your own account, keep access protected, and prevent misuse by third parties.

Authenticated sessions are maintained by necessary cookies issued by the backend. We may suspend or end access for abuse, fraud, security violations, or use that conflicts with these Terms.

You are responsible for destinations, itineraries, preferences, comments, uploads, and other information you enter or generate in the product.

You must validate critical trip information, including documents, visas, local rules, transportation, reservations, accessibility, health, safety, and costs.

Voynara may offer different usage modes and operational limits. Conditions shown in the product apply at the time of use.

Features, limits, and availability may change as the product evolves.

You must not use Voynara for illegal, abusive, excessive automated, invasive, fraudulent, or infrastructure-harming activity.

You must also not extract data at scale, bypass limits, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with security, violate third-party rights, or try to access unauthorized areas.

Voynara is in beta. Features may change, improve, pause, or be removed as the product evolves.

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee continuous operation, absence of errors, or that external suggestions will always be correct.

Voynara's handling of personal data, necessary cookies, preferences, and consented Google Analytics is explained in the specific policies.

We may update these Terms to reflect product or legal changes.

The applicable version is the one published on this page when you use the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil are the chosen venue unless a mandatory legal rule says otherwise.
